Understanding of Channel Partner Process at SNN Raj Corp

  1. How do I register as a Channel Partner with SNN Raj Corp?

    You can send an email to channelsales@snnrajcorp.com mentioning:

    1. Company Name:
    2. Name:
    3. Project interested:
    4. Email-id
    5. Mobile No.

    And you will receive the agreement copy, CP empanelment form and the list of documents to be submitted.

  2. What documents do I need to submit for CP registration?

    The below list of documents is required for CP registration:

    1. Signed & Sealed copy of agreement
    2. CP Empanelment form (all details filled, signed and sealed)
    3. RERA certificate
    4. PAN Card
    5. GST certificate
    6. Cancelled cheque

  3. Once I register as a Channel Partner with SNN Raj Corp, how do I get the project details?

    Upon completion of CP registration process, you will receive CP enablement kit – which will include project brochure, cost sheet, layout plans and video links (if any) over an email / Whats app. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Executive from CP team for any specific details required.

  4. What is the process of lead registration?

    It is mandatory to register each lead by email in advance with a minimum of 45 minutes or above period of time from the client visiting the site. The leads shall be recorded in our ERP system. All leads are to be registered over an email only by sending it to channelsales@snnrajcorp.com.

  5. What is the life of a lead after registration?

    From the date of registration, the validity of the lead shall be for a period of 30 days.

  6. What is the commission or brokerage structure?

    Our standard brokerage or commission is at 2%. However, for SNN Raj High Gardens project, based on the number of units sold, it can range between 2% to 4% for a quarter. Kindly check for the present slab with the CP team for the SNN Raj High Gardens Project.

  7. What is the payment term?

    Our standard payment term is 15 working days, on receipt of hardcopy of invoice mentioning HSN / SAC code and with seal and signature.

    All invoices will be processed only after receipt of 27% payment from the client.

  8. Can I carry out marketing activities for SNN Raj Projects?

    Yes, the Channel Partners are allowed to carry out marketing activities of SNN Raj Corp. projects at their own cost. The CP must follow at all times the guidelines laid out by SNN Raj Corp.

  9. Whom can I contact in the Channel Partner team for any queries?

  10. Any lead from company referral program will be treated as a lead of SNN Raj Corp at all point of time.

Guidelines to Channel Partner Marketing efforts

  1. Images and Content

    The CP must only use images & content approved by SNN Raj Corp in all communication to its customers.

  2. RERA Number

    Authorized channel partner must mention their RERA number(s) and the project RERA number along with RERA website address in all promotional activities.

  3. DND numbers

    The CP should take adequate measures to ensure it does not do any promotional activities on mobile nos / email-id registered as DND.

  4. Representative of SNN Raj Corp

    The CP should not solicit prospective buyers as nominee / on behalf of SNN Raj Corp.

SNN Raj Corp Logo and its Usage

  • The logo of SNN Raj Corp is registered trademark of SNN Properties LLP and cannot be used by the CP in any promotional content or communication at any time during life cycle of the project or engagement with SNN Raj Corp.
  • Only Project specific logo. It has to be positioned on top or bottom right corner of communication material.
  • The CP has to use their logo / name in the promotional material which should be accompanied in bold “Authorized Channel Partner” of (Project Name) in the font of their choice.

Digital (Microsite) marketing

Website URL template to be as per following: www.<partnername.com/rajcorp<projectname>

Example: URL for CP AAA Realty microsite for Raj Etternia project would be www.aaarealty.com/rajcorpetternia

CP must mention

  • This is not the official site of SNN Raj Corp or SNN Raj <Project Name> at the bottom of the page.
  • “Authorized Channel Partner” on the header along with partner logo on the bottom or top of home page.

Digital Marketing (Web Banner)

  • If the CP promotes SNN Raj Corp Project individually in a web banner it should mention “Authorised Channel Partner” and provide accurate content as provided by SNN Raj Corp.
  • The CP cannot make brand / project individual pages on Facebook / Twitter / Instagram or any other social media channels. They can use their own page to run advertisements.
  • The CP cannot mention “official website of SNN Raj Corp” on their website or microsite.
  • While listing SNN Raj Corp projects on Property Portals – it should be mentioned that the listing is done by the Channel Partner <CP Name>.

In addition to all the above

  • The CP cannot create Google listings for any of our projects.
  • The CP cannot mention price points and configurations other than what is formally provided by SNN Raj Corp.
  • The CP has to take explicit approval from SNN Raj Corp for advertising in print medium at any time during the project lifecycle.
  • SNN Raj Corp will not take any responsibility for any faulty or unapproved information provided by CP to its clients.
  • The CP can use the project name only after SNN Raj Corp has officially revealed the same.
  • The CP should take approval from SNN Raj Corp before going live for the below mentioned activities for the new launches by SNN Raj Corp:
  • Digital Web Banner || Digital (Micro website) || SMS campaign || Emailer Campaign || Exhibition Art Work
